IT'S A GIVEAWAY!
I am READY for SPRING!
I just drew off this mat and as I was doing so all I could think about was the snow that we are to get within the next couple of days.
The thought of snow just makes me sick so I thought.............go for it.............defeat the icky weather!
"Garden Row" measures 14x61
The above rug is hot off the press. In fact, it is the very first one drawn.
I stopped what I was doing so I could get this post ready.
I don't know about you but the thought of mowing the yard sounds pretty good about now..........I have to remember that this summer. ;)
Okay, here are the rules..........that sounds so official.
Send us (actually mom knows nothing about this yet) a comment at the bottom of this post with the following response.
Name your favorite flower............gosh, how easy is that?
I'm such a pushover. ;)
You have until Friday night at midnight to leave your answer.
I will draw a name on Sunday after church with the winner.

Bleeding Heart...love the heart shaped flowers; so delicate and so many flowers on one branch. Very symbolic to me at this time in my life; it will return in the spring; even though the winter was bitter!

ReplyDeleteAny kind of sunflower....they just make me smile!
ReplyDeleteGardenia! I can't hardy wait for May and June when they will start blooming. But since that is also the start of our monsoon season in the South, the rains take a heavy toll on these beautiful blooms.
ReplyDeleteI'm not nearly as sick of winter as you are but if I lived where you are I would be! My favorite flower is the sunflower. When it blooms, it reminds me that fall will come if I'm just patient!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite flower- hands down- is Lavender. I love, love, love it!! It borders my landscape and because it can be dried I can enjoy it all winter, no matter how long it may seem! Kathryn P.
ReplyDeleteWow this is tough. I love being in my gardens and so love many of the different flowers such as zinnia, dahlia, lavender and black eyed susan. My favorite may be nasturium. Oh the list could go on and on.
